The Porter
Will The Porter fit my can coozies? +
The Porter is designed to fit a wide range of rigid can coozies. Check the sizing here.
Why is there a gap between my can coozie and The Porter? +
The Porter was designed to hold a wide range of can coozie sizes, so there will be some variability in how your specific coozie fits.
There is a white band appearing on the inside of my Porter, is this ok? +
Can coozies at the higher range of recommended sizes may cause The Porter to stretch a little, causing a whitening of the plastic. This is normal.
Will The Porter carry cans that are not in rigid insulators? +
The Porter (Slim) will fit a regular sized (not slim) 12 or 16 oz can. Please do that at your own risk: The Porter was not designed to hold cans without rigid insulators and may not securely grip a naked can, particularly if it gets wet from condensation.
How securely will The Porter carry my insulated cans? +
The Porter was designed for casual activity, such as walking. It has not been tested in more extreme activities, such as speed walking or parkour. Care should always be taken that a can will not cause harm to others if it slips out of The Porter while in use. Please use and consume responsibly.
What’s so great about The Porter? Can’t I just use a cooler, or insulated bag? +
The Porter is great because it’s quick, convenient, and easily packable. And besides, sharing is caring.
But what about really small coolers? +
If you already have a tote, bag or backpack that you’re taking along with you, putting a small cooler inside that bag or carrying a bag and a cooler separately is a bit of a pain. We personally own a good number of coolers but use The Porter much more often.

Can I buy can coolers from Dugway? +
Not yet, sorry. We will add options to purchase can coolers in the future. If you’re looking for a great can cooler compatible with The Porter, we recommend the Hydroflask Cooler Cup.
How are returns handled? +
We stand by our products and will try to make it right if you receive a defective Porter. All returns must be sent, at buyer’s expense, to our address (1953 S 1100 E - Box 520371, Salt Lake City, UT 84152). Returns must include proof of purchase and be in original condition with original packaging intact. Unfortunately we don’t accept returns on sale items.
